This Luxury 2 bedroom apartment in Corralejo Fuerteventura is on a complex of only 9 apartments, completely private with a gated entrance and on-site parking, equipped to the highest standards with all the modern conveniences of home. The Private Complex is completed with a good sized communal pool.

Located just outside the main resort of Corralejo, near the world famous 14kms of beach and sand dunes. The apartment is about 20 minutes walk (5 minutes by car) to the centre of town with the sand dunes only 3-4 minutes away by car.

The apartment is a unusual semi circular design,  very attractive and spacious, comprising of two twin bedrooms, fully fitted kitchen, lounge/dining area, a downstairs furnished sun-terrace overlooking the communal pool with a large furnished roof terrace.                               

The lounge has two large sofas, coffee table, television, DVD and CD players. The Dining area contains a table and chairs. The kitchen is fully fitted with washing machine, fridge (with freezer compartment), full oven and 4 ring halogen hob, toaster, kettle, micro-wave, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, in fact everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

The 2 bedrooms each contain twin beds, large wardrobes, bed side cabinets, mirrors and lamps. The master bedroom has a safe to keep your valuables secure and a hair dryer. All included in the price, unlike most apartment hotels that charge extra when you arrive.

The bathroom contains a large shower, toilet, bidet, sink and large mirrors. The apartment has two sun terraces which catch the sun from earlier morning to late into the evening. The ground floor terrace overlooks the large swimming pool and has sun loungers, tables and chairs. An outside staircase leads to the magnificent roof terrace which is the full size of the apartment; it is complete with shower, sun loungers, table and chairs. It provides a wonderful opportunity for private sunbathing. An amazing place for those early evening drinks, while watching the sun set over the mountains in the distance. For early birds the terrace is ideal for Breakfast while watching the Sun Rise over the islands of Lobos and Lanzarote. Towels and bed linen are included, for stays of 14 days the property is cleaned once a week with the towels and bed linen being changed at the same time. Please bring your own beach towels which you can launder in the easy to use washing machine.

We would ask that smokers do not smoke inside the apartment for the benefit of non-smoking guests. Corralejo is only a 35 minute transfer from the airport, An airport transfer can be arranged (details on request) or there are a number of car hire companies at the airport, if you wish to visit other areas of the beautiful Island of Fuerteventura. A regular ferry service operates to Lanzarote with daily boat trips available to the nearby island of Lobos. Some of the best beaches in Europe are within 3-4 minutes car journey from the apartment.
